Return and Refund Policy
Items purchased from our marketplace are custom-made and printed just for you. This is how we contribute to the reduction world overproduction of consumer goods.
So please understand that we will be happy to offer a refund only if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like: manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage.
Please contact us within 14 days after the product is received, at anamaria@hobbymefree.com with a photo of the product along with detail shots you wish to include.
We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
For all other requests please contact us. We will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when comparing with the artwork file. Shirts may be 1-2 centimeters shorter/longer or widers/smaller than the announced size chart.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50 Eur, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.
